Winery of good reputation located in the Emiglia-Romagna on the "Strada dei vini e Sapori", close to the adriatic coast.
The property comprises a country house  (450 sq. metres on  3 levels), actually in use for making wine, and some annexes. The property measures about 13 hectares of which 105.000 sq. metres are a mature well maintained vineyard situated on the slopes surrounding the house. The following DOC-wines are currently being produced: Sangiovese di Romagna, Colli di Rimini Rebolo Secco, Colli di Rimini Biancame, Colli di Rimini Bianco, Colli di Rimini Cabernet Sauvignon, Colli di Rimini Rosso, Rubicone Bianco, Rubicone Sangiovese, Rubicone Cabernet Sauvignon, Rubicone Trebbiano Romagnolo. In smaller quantities there are: Verdicchio, Albana di Bertinoro, Moscato d`Asti, Prosecco, Chardonais, Lambrusco, Primitivo di Manduria, Cabernet Franc, Pinot, Montepulciano Barbera, Borsona and Cagnina as well. There is a beautiful olivegrove (5.000 sq. metres) of 170 olivetrees just next to the house.
The permit to construct a further house on the plot has been obtained, therefor it would also make sense to create an agriturismo.
In order to ease the transfer, the actual owner is offering his cooperation for the forthcoming years.
